My condolences to Julius’ family. He was such a compassionate, knowledgeable, and versatile attorney not only in workers’ comp but in helping anyone in need. I last saw him at OAL before the pandemic regarding a labor and employment matter and he didn’t fail to amaze me with his adeptness. May the loving memories of him warm your hearts forever.

I met Julius on my first day of practice in New Brunswick Workers Compensation Court. I was introduced to him by my mentor George Conover who told me that if I ever had a question I should ask Julius. I admit that I availed myself of that invitation often during the ensuing 40 years. I flatter myself to think that as Julius and I became friends and he sought my advice I was half as successful in helping him as he was in helping me. I will miss him greatly.

Allison and I offer our deepest condolences in the hope that it helps Sandy and Julius’s children and grandchildren in some small way.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on Julius's passing. I worked with Julius at Mandel, Wysoker for 10 years and at Newman Herman for several more. But I saw him often at Worker's Compensation Court and at various bar functions during my 42 years of practice. He was always a gentleman as well as a superior attorney in his field. He will be missed. I now live in So. California, but I appreciated the opportunity to be with all his family in spirit this afternoon. I will be joining you in spirit in saying Kaddish for him. Julius was a lovely man and a great lawyer. It was always a pleasure having him before me as Workers' Compensation Judge. Earlier in my career when I appeared opposite him as a Deputy Attorney General representing the Second Injury Fund I always looked forward to seeing him in Court no matter how difficult the case was. He always brightened your day and I usually left Court learning from him something I did previously know about Workers' Compensation law or even life in general.. He was a great mentor and a loyal friend. Since I retired two years ago, I especially enjoyed participating in the Princeton Inns of Court because Julius was there. He will be missed terribly but remember with love and admiration by all of us. I am so grateful to have known him.

Julius was a wonderful and funny person who was always willing to mentor and assist the younger attorneys. Julius will be truly missed. My heart and prayers goes out to his family.

My deepest condolences to all of you. I shared 25 full years of working as his secretary and he was more family than boss. His compassion for others is hard to match. He helped anyone who called or walk in to our office. He allowed me full range in helping others while under his employment, even if it was not work related. After we stopped working together we still enjoyed lunch or dinner many times. He will forever hold a dear place in my heart. Please know that he loved all of you and his grandchildren dearly. Heaven has gained an Angel and I lost a beautiful friend
